I'm looking for a roommate for my beautiful condo overlooking the long island sound. Its a two bedroom, two bath condo with wooden floors, fireplace, laundry, balcony, and ample parking. It is located in East Haven, 10 minutes drive from Yale Campus. The rent is 800 plus half all utilities,internet, and cable (roughly $150 for everything) and the condo is fully furnished.
